About Edward Creamer
I am passionate and motivated about my work as a behaviour support practitioner. Through my work experience I have developed a strong understanding of the impact a person’s social and physical environment can have on their quality of life, as well as the behaviours they exhibit. My work in behaviour support and disability support has given me extensive experience in working with people with Autism and Intellectual Disability. Through my work I have implemented Positive Behaviour Support strategies and Behaviour Support Plans to increase quality of life, reduce behaviours of distress and increase communication for the people I support. In 2022 I graduated from Latrobe University with first-class honours in psychological science. I intend to return to my studies for masters in Clinical Psychology.
