As a manufacturing test technician at Bosch for over four years, I have been the first point of contact for team leaders and supervisors for testing operation, including leak test, electrical-box testing, and final run test. I communicate efficiently with end of line test associates to provide them with quick support and ensure daily production targets are met. I also support and assure the proper operation of testing equipment, and help to troubleshoot failures of heat pumps and test equipment to locate and resolve malfunctions. My technical skills and experience are backed by multiple certifications in Salesforce and fiber optic installation, which I acquired during my previous roles as an IT specialist and a wire technician. I have a strong background in telecommunications and network engineering, project development and management, and system administration. I have successfully planned, prepared, and managed the installation of copper and fiber optic internet, television, and phone systems into both businesses and residences, and optimized Salesforce and Pardot to automate marketing processes and reduce work time and redundancies. I am passionate about providing top-quality customer service, developing internal team skills, and overcoming complex technological obstacles.
