Background
About Edward Drescher
I am passionately committed to the development of people as well as imparting my knowledge to others. With an almost obsessive attention to detail, I am incredibly dedicated and reliable, always striving to maintain quality of service delivery and develop good working relationships with those around me, at all levels, from internal and external customers to contract holders. CIPD qualified with 16 years in learning and development, I started in two organisations at entry level, took in all my surroundings and learnt the nuts and bolts of internal processes and procedures. Then I trained other staff or managed the department, using the experience I built up along the way. Now I am using that experience in learning as a contractor. As a previous trainer of an international assistance team, I am an eloquent and sophisticated communicator, with strong interpersonal attributes. Loyal and consistent, I can benefit a company as a driven and conscientious individual, with many transferable skills in the learning sector.
