As SVP for the Institute of Community Health & Wellness, I bring over 20 years of leadership experience in both healthcare and corporate sectors. My mission is to develop and execute strategic plans that enhance efficiency, productivity, and performance across the organization. I specialize in community relations, social networking, and marketing communications, with a strong focus on community and population health initiatives.Throughout my career, I’ve led several impactful initiatives, including spearheading COVID-19 antibody and diagnostic testing for Northwell Health, strengthening relationships with physician partners and service lines, overseeing the operations of Fire Island immediate care centers, and maintaining a key partnership with Live Nation for Jones Beach and Westbury Theater. I have been honored with numerous awards, including the Human Rights Campaign Leader in Equality, the Corporate Social Responsibility Award for Healthcare, and the Cherry Grove Honors Award.Additionally, I serve in leadership roles on the boards of various community organizations. As a dynamic communicator and results-driven leader, I excel at managing multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. I am excited to continue contributing to Northwell Health's success, driving performance, enhancing its reputation, and strengthening community relationships.
