I have succeeded by always looking for positions and opportunities that align with my values and were a good fit for my skills and experiences. I am the first to jump in with an idea, to solve a problem and volunteer for the difficult task. I have cultivated a reputation as a finisher, someone that gets projects done even in challenging circumstances and someone who can bring everyone to the table to work towards the common goal, even when the politics are dicey. I am a team player and a team leader. My communications are clear and frequent and I remind people of the way through when they are lost. My diverse set of experiences help me see parallels when others may not and my data and analytics background allow me to bring the logic to the chaos. I like work with purpose and I bring purpose to my work. Outside of my job, I make sure to be involved in the community as an active member of several non- profit boards and causes and of course I am an active and involved father to my two young children.
