I am a partner in our Litigation department and head of our Public, Regulatory & Investigations and our Charities & Not-for-Profit teams. I am a leading practitioner in the conduct of inquiries, private and public, statutory and non-statutory. I am a specialist in procedures attendant upon professional disciplinary matters. I am a key advisor to charitable organisations in the areas of risk and regulatory compliance. An accredited CEDR mediator, I work primarily in the field of dispute resolution, guiding charitable organisations in this area. I have a deep familiarity with the organisational and systemic issues which arise within the charitable and not for profit sector. I am a trusted advisor of long-standing to many of the leading charities in Ireland. Much of my practice involves providing strategic advice on dispute avoidance and risk minimisation. As required, I apply my knowledge and experience to the consideration of my clients' corporate/constitutional structures, their governance and diverse operational issues.
