Ed has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, and has worked with hundreds of successful financial advisors and wealth management teams, coaching and training them to provide an exceptional client experience. Over his career, Ed has served as financial advisor, trainee coach, resident director and complex director in Florida, Indiana, Arkansas and Ohio. In the complex director role, Ed led statewide businesses with multiple branch offices. As a leader of financial advisors, Ed’s objective is to understand the professional and personal goals of each advisor and help them maximize their potential for business success and personal satisfaction.
