Formerly at Air Liquide, Edward was a Lead Process Operation Engineer, leading, managing daily production, and fostering seamless communication with more than 15 clients for the Industrial Gases. He is proven capable of operating 3 Air Separation Units, and 1 Liquifier by using DCS Yokogawa Centum VP and (Cryogenic technology with more than Nm3/h air intake,>40 MW) as well as the Hydrogen Purification Unit. During the Java Power Blackout in 2019, he led the plant. He had profound success in securing a continuous and gigantic gas nitrogen supply of more than Nm3/h while maintaining quality for purging for all of Indonesia's Vital Object Facilities (Petrochemical, Chemical, and Metal Processing Plant), which is compressed and distributed to Anyer, Merak, and Cilegon areas via underground pipelines. In addition, during COVID-19, he was in charge as the lead of producing Liquid Oxygen for more than 450 TPD (saving countless lives of people in Java, Lampung, Jambi, and South Sumatra). He had internship experience in the Petrochemical Plant: the Ethylene dichloride (by Oxychlorination and Direct Chlorination) as well as the Vinyl Chloride Monomer Plant (VCM-3) at Asahimas Chemical. All those experiences combined have contributed to shaping his robust philosophical understanding of Process Control, Process Chemistry, and Plant Operation.
