About Edward Handouch

Edward Handouch serves as a Team Manager at TD Canada Trust. Edward contributes to Leading and coaching the team members in completing day-to-day processes, transactions and activities. In addition, Edward plays an important role in Planning, organizing and coordinating the activities for own area, and resolving operational issues. Before being a Team manager, Edward assisted with onboarding and coaching new frontline colleagues in understanding and delivering day-to-day processes, transactions, advice and activities to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Edward also served as a Senior Fraud Detection Agent to Analyze alerts generated by various fraud detection tools and assessing the probability that fraud is occurring. Before Joining the Fraud Department, Edward was a Senior Operations Officer in the Dispute and Resolutions Department applying Visa and Mastercard International chargeback guidelines to the assessment of all disputed transactions. In addition to having more than 6 years experience in the banking industry in Canada, Edward was a successful sales representative (B2C and B2B) at CASmiami in Miami, FL from 2012 to 2015.
