I have been involved in the prime residential property market for around twenty five years and am the founder of Heaton & Partners. Heaton & Partners buy fabulous homes. We are a growing partnership providing property search and buying advice to our clients. We are independent, discreet and with a wealth of experience behind us. We cater to a discerning and demanding client base, with service excellence at the heart of everything we do. That is why old clients are our biggest advocates. We only ever take fees from my client, so if we introduce them to a solicitor, surveyor or architect it is because they will do the best job, rather than pay us the best introductory fee. I drive over miles each year looking for the perfect house for my clients - that's equivalent to circumnavigating the globe twice! I don’t sell property, I only buy on behalf of my clients.
