Local Government professional involved in starting up and leading a governmental collaborative Authority of four townships in the Kalamazoo Area. An organized, problem solving professional with extensive years of experience in manufacturing and manufacturing support in specialty minerals and chemicals industry. Major strengths in team building, profitability improvement, project management and in developing and implementing successful company programs. Additional skills in auditing, allocating resources, negotiating, process improvements, training, and implementing solutions. A goal oriented, logical individual who communicates effectively with all levels of management, has excellent presentation skills, works well independently and in a team environment, has a track record of completing projects in a timely manner and has been recognized by management for developing outstanding relationships. I developed several systems to evaluate the efficiency of production facilities, in all aspects of operations.
