Over 25 years of Information Technology experience, including more than two decades with ASRC Federal, supporting major Federal agencies such as the Department of Energy (DoE), Department of Labor (DoL), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS), and currently at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). I have a proven track record of overseeing high-risk, multi-million-dollar government contracts, projects, and large teams. At NOAA, I support their Financial Management Data System, building customer relationships based on trust and setting realistic expectations for new feature development and system upgrades. I work closely with and coordinate efforts among the product owner, development team, support team, data team, training team, and documentation specialist, leveraging (PMI) project management tools and techniques to ensure seamless collaboration. My responsibilities include analyzing daily performance and operations, monitoring and identifying potential project risks, assessing impact, and developing mitigation strategies. Additionally, I report project status to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with strategic objectives. My expertise spans managing a nationwide VoIP/IVR phone system, IT Service Desk, and applications helpdesk. I have led training initiatives for end-user manuals, ensuring development and operations teams function effectively within a CMMI Level SDLCM environment. Additionally, I have managed cost analysis, documentation, and asset capitalization efforts, while establishing SOPs and training programs to enhance asset management capabilities. With a strong background in organizational leadership and business process re-engineering, I specialize in IT portfolio management, large-scale IT projects, overseeing multiple related IT initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, developing strategic technology plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and managing risks across complex IT programs. I work closely with corporate executives and senior leadership at customer sites to assess risks and implement effective mitigation strategies, aligning strategic and financial planning goals to drive mission success.
