About Edward Kramer

I have over 13 years of customer service experience with a commitment to excellence. During this time I have provided customer service across multiple departments, have gained a vast amount of experience multi tasking in a very fast paced environment, while using multiple computer platforms, and at the same time adjusting to a constant rotation of managers. Working as the Lead Dairy Clerk, it is required of me to lift up to 160 pounds every day, order, stock, and maintain inventory in the dairy department, and to work and problem solve with my coworkers constantly. It is essential that I perform all of these duties while providing excellent customer service in a very demanding retail setting. From the years of 2009-2012, I was working no less than 32 hours/week at the Corvallis Fred Meyer, and earned my B.S. in Political Science with a 3.28 GPA in the courses I completed at Western Oregon University. Along with all of the previously mentioned skills and abilities, I am also known for my dependability, punctuality, ability to learn fast, and attention to detail. My degree in Political Science, along with a minor in Social Science, provide an educational background into my desire to serve the public and an aspiration to better the lives of others. Although I do have a vast amount of experience in the retail industry, I am not necessarily seeking to find a career in retail. If the right opportunity with the right company was available, I would show some interest. But at this point in my life, I am primarily looking for a new career path, one where I can use my skills that I have acquired in retail and through my educational background.
