About Edward Marsh

Ed helps clients to develop and run their transformation programmes. He uses his fifteen years' experience in industry to solve complex problems, to draw together teams and operations and to realise strategic priorities. He has worked on some of the government's largest and high profile programmes and enabled senior clients to achieve their ambitions. Ed works with executive level clients to drive how strategy, analytics and operations can be combined. He builds and leads teams to implement technology solutions, integrate approaches across multiple organisations and to drive change frequently in meaningful chunks. His recent experiences include mobilising one of the largest departmental modernisation programmes in government, shaping and scaling new services as part of the government strategy to respond to COVID and delivering large-scale corporate services modernisation. Ed is driven by purpose and working with clients to understand how the roles of technology, insight and digital capability shape their Future of Work. He is collaborative on working towards ever-integrated business solutions and uses analytics-based insights to shape strategic goals and operational priorities.
