I am a very inquisitive individual who enjoys learning how new businesses and industries operate. I enjoy gaining perspective as to how specific processes impact the business. With this knowledge, I am able to assess the associated level of business risk. By understanding the” why” of a process, I am able to envision new possibilities and recommend better, faster, and more controlled approaches. I keep two things in mind as part of my formula for success. The first point is to make sure to ask the right questions in order to understand the purpose and value of the process. The second point is to look at the process from as many different angles as possible in order to gain perspective regarding its cross-functional and customer impact.
