1:1 LL.M. in IP & IT Law with Distinction · International Student of the Year 2020 (Union of Students in Ireland) · Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, English, Cantonese, and Malay · Arthur Cox LLP Trainee Solicitor (2025). My LL.M. dissertation criticized the current EU social media content moderation regime and the potential impact of the Digital Services Act before it was implemented. For module assessments, I conducted various research on social media de-platforming & free speech, GDPR implications on social media, promotion of European media works, application of EU trademarks, the EU framework of copyright exceptions, and the "going dark" debate revolving cybercrimes. Through working in the international higher education sector for two years, co-founding the Malaysian Student Association of Ireland in 2019-20 and LYIT Malaysian Society 2018-20, and committing over 105 volunteering hours as LYIT's Student Ambassador, I have developed great organisational and time management skills, plus intercultural communication competency. I have worked in and led numerous diverse teams, e.g. 12 LYIT International Ambassadors, 20 MYSAI Committee Members, 23 TCD Global Ambassadors.
