Information Technology professional with over 16 years’ experience. Effective personal contribution involved all aspects of technology from product evaluation/ selection, training, and project implementation through to annual budget preparation and justification. Working with vendors both as a sophisticated owner as well as teaming with them to deliver changes showed the flexibility to work with internal as well as external staff, as an individual contributor and as a team member, to satisfy business requirements. These tasks were completed across a wide range of technology encompassing operating systems, network infrastructure and business applications. Success in areas of delivery as well as maintenance was always defined by deep business process knowledge and incorporated all aspects of interpersonal skills with all users from the shop floor through to senior management. OBJECTIVE • To apply technology life- cycle skills in the areas of virtualization, servers, and networks, with a focus on design/implementation/maintenance solutions that enable business users and facilitate the achievement of their objectives. • To contribute to the continuous optimization of a business environment through personal continuous improvement.
