As an educational instructional technology learning partner I have the ability to collaborate with schools and school districts by listening, asking questions and understanding their challenges in today's distance and virtual and blended learning E-Classroom. I am also a professional certified Visual Artist which supports problem solving and solution oriented outcomes. I support students to bring out their inner artists through my community service initiative project,"ART INSPIRES". As an academic advisor, I am able to share best practices and provide recommendation to drive student achievement through remote tutoring through simple effective technology, high quality content, automatic data through flexible assessment integration, thus suppling each educator with the support they need for each student's individualized online learning focus and outcome. Through distance, virtual or professional services, I support school communities to enable teaching and learning in today's ever changing landscape. I understand the science of e-learning. Understanding today's educational innovation, both the incremental (understanding the solution well) and the conceptual (understanding the problems).
