My excellent client relationship building experience and skills allow me to quickly construct the necessary connection required to architect solutions to business problems. Through the application of proven techniques, I document, analyze, and report my findings for validation creating a stable platform for new ideas, recommendations, and project development work that has long lasting value. Ultimately a project is not judged by time or by dollars, but by the real and meaningful changes it brings to the organization and to the individual. Business analysis is the key to building successful solutions that relate to the people, processes, and groups requiring transformative investments. I have previously worked in the video game industry for BioWare, a division of Electronic Arts, providing team leadership, project management, and quality assurance direction. My last project there was Mass Effect 3, overseeing the delivery of some of the complex online features that will enhance the gameplay experience - working with a team that is building our business through new, engaging features that are integrated and complementary with our core single player video game products. our core video game products. My key responsibilities at BioWare included coordinating with multiple locations in our global EA family - including our localization facilities in Europe, outsourced QA in India, and collaboration with corporate QA in British Columbia. I led the coordination of effective test practices over two large, divergent teams of industry leading QA professionals, with an emphasis on risk avoidance, risk mitigation, crisis analysis, and rapid response.
