Selected Career Achievements • Solely responsible for the mobilisation of the iconic Leadenhall Building in the City of London from practical completion through to the occupation phase which included the fit out of all the occupier floors. This included the set-up of the whole cleaning operation to take the building from empty to 90% occupied at the time of leaving whilst securing £400k worth of demised contracts along the way. • Set up of the waste management strategy at The Leadenhall Building which was awarded Platinum by the Clean City awards at the first time, entered the building for the 2017 award and managed the application and entry process. • Carried out a review of the waste management at More London (Broadgate Estates) that identified efficiencies and resulted in substantial savings and improvements in the achieved recycling rates.
