My name is Edward Richardson. I'm from Sacramento, California where I am working for Clear Channel Media and Entertainment as a Promotions Coordinator, a Producer of Live talk shows for KFBK and KSTE, on-air traffic announcer/producer/board operator for Coast Radio in the San Francisco market. I'm currently in the market seeking rewarding job opportunities in the radio industry as an on-air personality and would love the opportunity to become your next on-air talent. I have over 3 years of radio experience in the Sacramento and San Francisco markets and I am a PPM ready communicator. My humbled beginnings in radio stated back in 2010 as a intern producer for v1011, News writer for KFBK and a Clear Channel Promotions rep. During my radio career, I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of formats including Top 40, Rhythmic AC, Adult AC, Classic Hits, and News. The opportunity to work with different formats has been an invaluable asset, it has allowed me to work with numerous on-air personalities at each station, where I have assisted with a number of different tasks related to their roles, including on-air work, imaging, production, traffic, music imaging, copy writing, and studio telephone operations, celebrity interviewing, news writing and reporting as well as video and web content. Some of the industry standard programs I have worked with include RCSNews and Master Control, Adobe Audition, NexGen, Vox Pro, Sound Forge, Selector, Vegas Audio, Short Cut 360 and many more. I have experience in putting together a successful and entertaining radio show for on-air as well as online platforms. My ability to multi-task and fast thinking in high-pressure situations has helped me progress at a very quick pace at Clear Channel And Coast Radio. I do possess a diverse an adaptable sense of humor as well as an upbeat universal vocal sound, an extensive knowledge of pop culture, music including songs and artists of many different formats and I am a social media Guru.
