My current work revolves around implementing best employee experience on learning culture and partnering with business units on human resources issues. I am in charge in processes such as learning-need-analysis, learning delivery & facilitation, learning evaluation, leading LMS project management, interviewing candidates, consulting workforce planning, coaching employees, restructuring business unit’s organization, and executing HR compliance matters. Furthermore, a scientific individual who possess strong critical thinking, analytical thinking, and interpersonal skill, is also attentive to details. I believe with the state of the VUCA workplace, HR bears enormous responsibility for swift transition and adaptation by using data analytics and rational empathy, helping people to reskill and upskill continuously.
