Perform field tests on new machines with experimental circuits or troubleshoot current circuits with end users for warranty problems. o In Brazil investigated why manifolds cracked using DAQ. Determined the customer changed software logic for solenoid valves to cause the issue in mid production refresh. o Provided third party test data to a customer for a military winch application. Instrument hydraulic equipment and machines for benchmarking prototype circuits o Baseline tested an Ag Sprayer circuit for height adjustment of the nozzles. Changed to closed loop with ultrasound sensor feedback, an aftermarket solution to compare capabilities. Manage Applications lab including budgeting, lab organization, instrument calibration, and process control of test requests. o Implemented MATLAB code in post processing of infield data to better present information to Application engineers.
