I am a reliable and self-sufficient individual with considerable experience in administration and academia. As the Framework Performance Administrator for Wates Group for nearly 5 years, I have grown into a position of responsibility for the timely and accurate reporting of relationship-critical KPI data to largescale framework clients, including DfE, CCS, SCAPE, Procure Partnerships, MOJ & NHS. I have used this data to inform senior leadership throughout Wates Group, as well as offering informed analysis and recommendations in a clear and concise manner. I have also assisted the Customer Experience Team - helping improve responsiveness and accountability across a broadening spectrum of client & customer interactions. In 2024 I was selected as a finalist for the Chairman's 'Rising Star' Award. Success in my role has relied on frequent input from dozens / hundreds of busy stakeholders. Clear guidance and an open door has been fundamental - I believe that a patient, understanding relationship with colleagues is essential to developing cooperation and collaboration. My Mental Health training and empathetic bent makes me quite adept at picking out where colleagues are struggling, or where interpersonal dynamics are creating avoidable stress - we all have a role to play in ensuring we build a strong, sustainable business where people feel heard and understood.
