I am a Principal in Deloitte Advisory with over 25 years of valuation advisory experience and am currently serving as Deloitte Advisory's Valuation leader in the greater Philadelphia marketplace. In this role, I have led numerous engagements, particularly related to M&A, strategic decision making, due diligence, financial reporting, and other purposes including fair value tax planning matters such as tax reorganization studies of international operations, various business enterprise and underlying asset valuations for tax compliance and planning purposes, restricted stock studies, and numerous purchase price allocations. I provide advisory services to many leading multi-national corporations with assets in North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and South America. I also serve as a leading partner in the Deloitte Travel, Hospitality and Leisure practice where I have been nationally advising leading gaming, leisure and hospitality clients spanning local to large scale destination casino resorts to online free play and real money gaming. I specialize in serving many of our national and most multifaceted clients on complex business matters, strategy, finance & capital structure, business models and enterprise transformations. Outside Deloitte, I support early childhood education initiatives. I am the Board President of Montgomery Early Learning Centers (MELC), a leading non-profit organization devoted to developing and providing high quality early childhood education. I am also a member of the Union League of Philadelphia.
