Performed countless composite repairs consisting of Compression molded, Thermoplastic material, Fiberglass, Graphite, Hybrids, Metal bonds and all Core repairs; metal & nomex, Lantor Soric and Dense foam bonded with several different materials and processes included, as well as interior A/C cabin components. Knowledge of Resin Infusion & Autoclave Processes, various potting compounds, adhesives & resins. Room temperature wet lays, 150, 200, 230, degree cures / 250 & 350 degree prepreg cures. Also, Advanced repairs of Graphite & Kevlar. Composite equipment used & trained personnel on : Heatcon / Wichitech / Atacs. Able to navigate efficiently within “My Boeing Fleet” ie. Engineering Drawings, Product standards (BAC, BMS, & BSS, DMS,MEP) and MSDS material. Also a considerable thorough working knowledge of: SRM, AMM, IPC, CMM, along with ESR’s, EA’s, ACO’s, SB’s & AD’s.
