I am Edward Warmus, the founder and President of Warmus Consulting. I am also author of the 'Never Look Where They Point' series. The series is the platform of knowledge on which I base my articles, speaking engagements and consulting practice. WHY In order to increase sales, cut costs or improve operations, products and services, companies need to look at their business with a fresh eye. This allows them to gain insight into their operations and makes them more effective. HOW I focus on helping companies cope in a changing business environment. Initially, my team at Warmus Consulting performs an analysis of existing operations, methods, and systems. Then we recommend needed improvements. We have a comprehensive understanding of business re-engineering methods, operations development, and systems implementation. WHAT We perform these services in a wide variety of industries: retail, manufacturing, finance, business services, and business information systems. Our projects are often a combination of sales improvement, project management, quality management, and product support. We specialize in Return-On-Investment (ROI) analysis of business goals.
