WHAT I DO: With 24 plus years of experience deep-diving into every corner of the grant development process, I've learned that most grant applications fall short, not because their applications lacked quality, but because they lacked access to the right fenders. For starters, over 90 % of the grant-making foundations in the United States DO NOT have websites, because they are wary of being overwhelmed with grant applications. Consequently, most grant seekers go to those funders WITH websites. As a result, they unintentionally limit themselves to the 10% or so of funders that are visible online. AND OTHER GRANT SEEKERS ARE DOING EXACTLY THE SAME THING. That means more competition for available grant funding, and that is why over 70 percent of grant applications are denied funding. This is where my expertise comes to the forefront. I am passionate about helping grant seekers navigate their way through the grant-seeking minefields. I empower organizations by creating access to the full spectrum of funding avenues available. By doing so, I facilitate the creation of grant applications. that are STRATEGICALLY ALIGNED with the funders.
