I have worked the past 27 years at Motorola/Freescale/NXP. At Motorola I worked in the Computer Group and performed computer diagnostics and individual component testing. I transferred to the Mesa plant and did Electromigration testing and the associated pre and post work on test samples and also maintained the test equipment. For the past 20 years at Freescale/NXP I have worked in the Device engineering group and primarily as a Promis super user creating process flows, parts, procedures, etc. for manufacturing. Prior to working in the semiconductor industry I worked in retail and customer service at several companies. I also managed a small fashion jewelry store and one of my father's trading posts in New Mexico. I love working and interacting with people, writing, organizing and planning, traveling, the outdoors, music, movies, being creative, studying internal/external motivators, and maintaining a healthy and fit lifestyle.
