Currently, I work for Nokia GSS (Global Sales Support), preparing and developing proposals according to Nokia's products and services portfolios. In my role I work along with delivery, sales and customer teams to provide Care/support service regarding the customer needs and requests. Along with the teams. I define the optimal scoping and costing for the offers for Latin American and North American customers. As per my previous professional experience, I estimate the efforts for support tasks, taking in consideration the resources, the time and the management needed to properly perform duties for both SW Services and HW Services according to customer's requested SLAs, country and network. Taking that into consideration, I also calculate the costs, the solution descriptions and respond the SoC released for each customer offer. Experience My last professional experience as Ericsson Experienced Support Engineer and SUM TL were developed by following, performing, checking, improving and upgrading Ericsson and Customer processes for software management activities. Generating good customer relationship and management, also leading, coordinating and supporting team to reach the requested goals. Making functional team work and individual performances for all customer and internal activities. Goal To constantly develop, continue and improve my career path taking advantage of my personal experiences, competences and skills in a very responsible way, being honest, loyal, committed and always focused on new challenges that make me grow personally and professionally.
