AB Solar Africa | Managing Director & Co-Owner November 2016 – Present Since 2016, I have led solar operations in Ghana and the ECOWAS region as Managing Director and technical solar specialist. Our focus is the commercial and industrial market, delivering reliable solar solutions through a full EPC + finance model — from engineering and procurement to construction and commissioning. In May 2018, AB Solar Africa was registered in Ghana as a fully licensed renewable energy EPC company, strengthening our position as a compliant long-term partner. Activities include: EPC of solar PV systems Large-scale ground-mounted installations Commercial & industrial projects Residential solar systems Technical advisory and system design Project structuring including financing I am responsible for all solar activities in Ghana and across ECOWAS, from design and development to execution and partnerships. In 2013, Arends Techniek was recognized as the fastest growing company in the Netherlands, driven by operational excellence and rapid but controlled expansion.
