About Edwin Blemur

Edwin is an Electrical Engineer with strong passion for music and sound and an intense interest in the marriage of the worlds of tech and audio. Over the course his undergrad and graduate studies, Edwin has been able to take courses in circuit analysis, signal processing, transducer design and the behavior of electromagnetic and acoustic waves. Through these studies, he's developed an understanding of the physical behaviors of musical technology and music overall through a technical lens. During his time spent working as a Field Service Engineer for ESI, he was able to reenforce and apply his ability to analyze circuits and signal path in circuits to complex devices that have practical use for everyday items. Edwin has also accrued extensive experience in musical performance and audio. He’s played as a keyboardist and organist for church services and musical events. He’s also worked as a sound technician setting up audio equipment and mixing audio for live musical events. Through these experiences he’s had opportunity to observe sound waves and signals that are being processed in live musical scenarios. Through what he’s learned from these experiences in the audio, music and tech worlds, Edwin strives to take part in designing and crafting the technologies that will enhance the musical listening experience of consumers everywhere.
