About Edwin Bonner

I am a seasoned professional with 15+ years of education and student development experience in the public school sector. Recognized for demonstrating a natural aptitude for implementing impactful strategies to drive continuous improvement, as well as for fostering the development of student-centric learning environments and training educational staff, I have a verifiable history of contributing directly to student growth throughout my career. As such, I have consistently exceeded leadership and performance goals and I am adept at achieving optimal student results. Professional focal points include educational leadership, special education, team leadership, continuous improvement, policy development, instruction, education technology, behavioral support, and staff training. Delivering superior administration on the latter areas of expertise requires utilization of effective communication skills, interpersonal skills, as well as professional acumen, strategic planning, project management and resource management to support efficiency and maximum returns. Currently, I am a Student Services Administrator and the High School Principal of the Lincoln Public Schools Summer School. Under my leadership, I provide academic and behavioral support to students. I also hire and manage 70+ new staff members per year. In addition, I liaise with senior leadership, students, and education teams to ensure the district’s student support structure is continuously driving forward.
