Welcome to my profile! From I have been working in personal injury. Initially as a claims handler at a non-life insurer, since 2007 as a lawyer. In 2011 I made the switch to ‘Vogelaar Bosch Spijer Advocaten’, where I became a partner on 1 January 2014. I have successfully completed the specialization course ‘Personal injury’ at the Grotius Academy, and I have been admitted to the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (LSA) and to the Association of Lawyers for Victims of Personal Injury (ASP). Due to the quality requirements set by the LSA, the LSA membership is the highest attainable mark in the field of personal injury in the Netherlands! I regularly provide training in the field of liability law and personal injury for other lawyers, employees of legal assistance insurers. In addition, I also regularly publish articles on liability law and (compensation for) personal injury, including annotations in the magazine 'Jurisprudentie Aansprakelijkheid’. In recent years I have been able to assist various victims and their relatives in cases with a lot of national recognition.
