Loyalty is important to me – I have always been committed to the company I work for, and have sought to build loyalty in the customers and teams I work with. In support of my efforts to inspire team loyalty, I make a point of liaising with teammates to understand the challenges facing them and develop strategies to enable them to gain new business and overcome obstacles. By empowering team members, I have been able to build high-performing, engaged, loyal teams. I have a proven track record of generating significant account growth while managing top-tier accounts and leading teams of sales representatives and territory managers. Some success stories include:* Securing ~$2M in annual revenue by increasing the portion of business earned from four key accounts; collaborating with account executives to identify challenges, and create a plan to acquire outstanding business.* Overcoming challenges faced by the sales team by attending sales strategy meetings to discuss new initiatives and product focuses, as well as addressing potential obstacles.* Facilitating decision-making by coordinating with other departments to provide the sales team with up-to-date information, as well as reporting monthly sales numbers to senior management. Outside of work I indulge my strong passion for Formula One – keeping up with the latest standings and developments. I balance this out with time spent outdoors, watching my children’s soccer games, and working in the garden.
