With over 25 years of experience in the IT field, I am a passionate and innovative leader who understands that strong working relationships create great teams and produce exceptional results. I have extensive expertise in IT operations, infrastructure design and implementation, project management, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities.As the Director of IT, Western Region at Optum, a health services innovation company, I am responsible for managing daily infrastructure operations and enterprise initiatives for Optum clinics in four markets. I have successfully handled dozens of M&A projects, including endpoint security, hardware replacements, and network consolidation, with budgets ranging from $5 to $10 million. I am also Cisco ESS certified and proficient in various systems and applications, such as CRM, data center management, and process improvement. My goal is to enable and facilitate the delivery of high-quality health care services to the communities we serve.
