Throughout the course of my professional career, I’ve consistently been rewarded with expanded levels of responsibility due to my track record of performance and results. Since 2015, I have worked at the Keyence Corporation where I received promotions in rapid succession. I served as a Sales Engineer from 2015 to 2016, Senior Sales Engineer from 2016 to 2017, and Sales Specialist from 2017 to 2018 before being elevated to my current position as an Area Product Sales Manager in 2018. Please allow me to expand on some skills and accomplishments below: In my present role, I establish B2B relationships, determine the needs of customers, and present automation solutions comprised of systems, instruments, and lasers that facilitate manufacturing. In addition, I presently oversee clients in six states and have five direct reports. I am very proud to share that I have consistently achieved and exceeded all sales goals during my tenure. In addition, we have accomplished 32% YOY growth for four consecutive years. Because of my ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize, I was also entrusted to serve as the Irvine Office Manager alongside my other duties. In this position, I direct 30 sales professionals across an array of divisions within the organization. Since obtaining this position in 2018, I have developed comprehensive cross-training initiatives that have propelled share goals across the organization. Earlier in my career, I had the pleasure of serving as the Vice-President for Solid Rain which was an organization focused on fighting drought throughout the globe. Under my direction, we achieved profitability in the first year when I oversaw the P&L. In addition, I launched training via online platforms that saved over in expenses while educating teams across the globe. I’d also like to briefly highlight that I am bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish. I feel this gives me an expansive ability to communicate with business professionals around the world.
