With over 10 years of experience in the power distribution industry, I am a Resources Manager at AIS Global Group, a leading provider of distribution electrical services and solutions. In this role, I work with clients and staff to deliver high-quality workplace solutions, staff training and support, leveraging my extensive qualifications and skills as a lineman and electrician. Previously, I was an Electrical Trainer with MITA Consulting, where I taught and mentored aspiring line mechanics and electricians. I also have over 8 years of experience as a Line Mechanic Team Leader at Counties Energy, where I handled fault finding, HV switching, and overhead line maintenance. I have multiple skills in linework, HV switching, cranes, and fault finding, which enable me to tackle complex and challenging projects.
