About Edwin Jackson

My current role is Brand Manager and Program Director of Power 93.7 WBLK, the top-rated radio station in the Buffalo/Niagara region. I host one of the highest-rated radio programs and write public affairs articles, using my voice and platform to empower and inspire my listeners and clients. I have been working in radio broadcasting for more than 20 years and have a successful DJ business. Over the years, I have honed my social networking, communication, and process improvement skills. I am passionate about improving the lives of my neighbors and creating positive change in my community. In addition to my radio career, I have a long history in housing and community development, providing homeownership counseling, foreclosure prevention, and community engagement services. Over my real estate career, I have been responsible for more than $100 million in affordable housing rehabilitation and development in Buffalo and Western New York. I have direct knowledge of the In-Rem and Mortgage Foreclosure Process in New York State, Mortgage Underwriting, and Loan Portfolio Management. I am also a certified Notary Public and Commissioner of Deeds, which has enabled me to facilitate legal transactions and documents for my clients and partners.
