My goal is to support people in their development, assist in their growth when it comes to improving work processes, and stimulate innovation. I strongly believe in the power of collaboration and knowledge sharing, and I am convinced that together we can take significant steps in the dynamic sector of biological R&D and process technology. And I would like to contribute to that. In addition to my management skills, I have a strong affinity for education and mentorship. As a part-time lecturer in industrial microbiology, I have developed creative assignments that encourage students to think critically about practical applications. I derive great motivation from guiding students, fostering their creativity, and in this way helping to develop the next generation of scientists.
