I have an extensive record of accomplishment as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, Chief Compliance Officer, Ethics Officer and Board Member for global, public, highly regulated and high-technology businesses that are leaders in their field. I have managed both legal and business operations. I'm currently Corporation Counsel and Ethics Officer at Spellman High Voltage Electronics Corporation, Hauppauge, New York I am also Counsel to the Executive Director of the Center for Global Governance, Regulation and Reporting at Pace University Lubin School of Business. I lecture and prepare curriculum on governance, compliance issues, risk management, ethics, public policy and the regulation of technology companies, banks, financial institutions and other industries. I'm an Associate Professor of Strategic Planning and Global Comparative Corporate Governance Systems at Lubin. I am a co-founder of the Lubin Certified Compliance and Regulatory Professional Certification program. I have handled the development and protection of Intellectual Property both domestically and overseas, including the management of cross-border "bet the company" patent infringement and trade secret cases. I have extensive experience in the U.S, Canada, Mexico, China, Taiwan, Korea, Russia, Europe and the Middle East.
