Responsibilities, maintain & awareness of competitors' products (including product development and specifications) in the market so as to better recommend or counter-propose own product solutions to meet customer needs. Analyse costing data/information in the standard costing program to ensure that budgeting of projects is done as accurately as possible. Maintain and regularly update portfolios of company sales literature, product specifications, promotional sales samples/materials and prices. Prepare and verify offers and tenders for off-standard products, develop and deliver sales presentations and assist in sales negotiations in order to close deals. Verify accuracy of project cost calculations so as to ensure that costings are in line with budget and analyse cost variance in projects. Responsible in installation and commissioning of product at customer’s site.
