Currently working as a part of the Implementation Team for Valentia Technologies suite of applications for the HMC Ambulance Service, which includes but not limited to Scheduling Management System (SMS), Fleet Management System (FMS), Electronic Patient Care Record (ePCR), eTriage, Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), eBooking, Automatic Vehicle Location (AV), Clinical Audit, and Business Intelligence. Previously worked with CIS Cerner Implementation Team for Pharmacy (PharmNet application) which is already operational in hospitals and primary health centers in Qatar. Also worked for the in-house developed pharmacy application (Pharmacy Management System) which was previously used in pharmacies in HMC hospitals and primary health centers in Qatar prior to Cerner. Played a major role in the implementation and maintenance support of the in-house Pharmacy Management System since 2005 to 2015, providing the users a system for use in their field of work and giving technical support whenever required. Also provided training to users prior to using the application in order to properly work and enhance their level of expertise with the application.
