About Edwin Mendez

From my skills breakdown, I'm sure you can see the variety of skills and tasks I am able to juggle. It's no joke being a producer on a film with a skeleton crew. You find yourself rubbing elbows with investors (both current and potential), working with creative talent to assure maximum production, managing contracts for both Union and non-Union cast & crew, or collaborating with companies for the best prices on catering, equipment, or rentals. I have been on the phone hours on the day to hash out the details of the work schedule, the needs of the director, and the needs of the talent, all while making sure my overhead stays within budget. You can basically say I'm a jack of all trades from beginning to end as a producer. There is no task I can't figure out, regardless of the pressure or difficulty. This "spread" makes me capable in many fields and at any level. I know I can deliver. I'm confident, enthusiastic, and a quick learner, who can work with many different types of people. This as well as my customer service skills from working with CLUBWAKA as a community coordinator and my hospitality skills working for Darden restaurants makes me charismatic as well as skilled as a people person and effective multi-tasker. Thank you for your consideration!
