Currently, as Head of Production, my focus is on driving efficiency and optimizing Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) processes. The team's collective effort has resulted in workable solutions that enhance throughput and value flow within the organization. My tenure has also been marked by a dedication to process improvement, safety measures, and quality management, ensuring that operational goals align with strategic business planning. Observing rigorous compliance standards and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, we have achieved notable advancements in aircraft maintenance and customer satisfaction.
