Edwin Olu Bestman is a dedicated engineer with a Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Civil Engineering from Stella Maris Polytechnic University in Liberia and a Master’s Degree (MEng) in Engineering Management from Universiti Putra Malaysia in Serdang Selangor, Malaysia. He is the lead convener of Bestman Consult—an engineering consultancy firm committed to redefining ideas: driven by passion, inspired by innovation, and powered by creativity. He is one of the recipients of the 2019 Young Liberian Excellence Award from the Liberia Research Development Network for Academic Excellence. In 2023, he received the Peer-to-Peer Mentor Award from the Smart National Legacy Award, recognizing his dedication to guiding and inspiring young people across Liberia. He holds professional certificates in Business Analysis and Process Management, Project Management, Project Scheduling, Utilizing LinkedIn For Career Search, Writing in the Sciences, Human Resource Management, Basics of Engineering Management, Fundamentals of Project Management, etc. His engineering expertise is complemented by a strong commitment to public infrastructure and sustainable development.
