A strong counselor candidate has experience and schooling that will allow me to provide the best advice for community members in regard to their current health, future, potential careers and more. I am trained and practiced in psychology, as many functions of a counselor are outside of education, like providing support and assistance for substance abuse, emotional struggles and behavioral problems. Other key skills include experience in crisis intervention, high-stress situations and conflict management. I am highly motivating and challenging environment that provides the best opportunity to grow and utilize my potential to the fullest to achieve the organization's goal while achieving my personal goals.
