Involved in large and small projects at national and international level as projectmanager and/or consultant for external and internal principals within Concentrix. Projects are in the area of telephony, infrastructure, networking, communication, applications and contact center processes. In these projects provided input in the bid, implementation, setup and management process of the solution. Principals are found in several branches like large insurance companies, various consumer A-brands, banks, IT, Telecom companies, internet service providers and charity organisations. The projects contains mostly the technical implementation of the contact center environment in the IT-area of Concentrix for principals in case of the take-over of the services by Concentrix or building, consolidation or migration of the internal IT.
