HR has to become the strategic partner of the management in order to have the motivated, dedicated and self-steering workforce that is needed and management has to rethink their role. In my career, I have developed my own lean and agile approach managing projects in HR, Management of Change and IT. From my background in mechanical engineering I was educated in Lean Manufacturing and that has always stayed with me. I have taken customer value, pull instead of push and eliminating waste as the basis for my continuous improvement to stay successful in my projects. I used the same principle to lead my team of change consultants that I kept as autonomous and self-organizing as possible within the boundaries of my company. I am a strategic thinking professional with over 15 years of experience across multiple global markets and industries. Experience includes project and program management, business consultancy on organizational changes, management of change and human resources acting on both the operational and at the strategic level. I build and maintain relationships by including others and respecting their opinions and am recognized by colleagues and clients as a well-organized and dedicated professional. Strong sense of ownership, urgency and teamwork ensures passion in everyday work. My loyal personality is characterized by a relaxed, very transparent and easy-going attitude.
