I’m a mechanical engineer with extensive knowledge in both the technical side and business side of operations, with close to 25 years of experience. With hands-on engineering and management roles, I’ve built a history of success in planning and leading company-wide initiatives that have increased revenue and improved processes. I also have a long track record of managing complex projects related to valve design, fabrication, inspection, testing, troubleshooting, and repair. In the last 15 years, I’ve worked specifically on the valve manufacturing and inspection and repair of pipeline valves used in the oil/gas and energy industries. I’m familiar with a wide range of materials, both common and exotic, as well the documentation of technical data according to applicable standards (API, ANSI/ASME, DIN/EN, etc.). I have a valid International Welding Engineer certificate and NDT knowledge. For much of my career, I’ve also been a leader in QHSE protocols, ensuring proper training in and implementation of all safety procedures according to organizational and regulatory requirements. I’ve also supervised and ensured proper competency levels among team members through observation and evaluation. I’m a motivational leader who encourages staff to grow professionally and achieve goals through ongoing training and knowledge-building. My approach to my career is simply to be ethical, honest, and professional while producing outstanding results and leading teams not only to peak productivity but also technical acumen.
